Competition Entry Form

Once you have completed the form below, we will send you details on where to send your payment, which must be made via BACS or Cheque. Competition entries will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

All entries are charged at a rate of £8 per player and are non-refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances. All entries include an entry into the ESMBA Nationals draw.

The ESMBA National Events are scheduled to take place on the following dates at Melton & District Indoor Bowls Club, LE13 0LR:

  • Singles: Thursday 8th April 2027
  • Pairs: Friday 9th April 2027
  • Triples: Sunday 11th April 2027
  • Fours: Saturday 10th April 2027
  • Mixed Fours: Saturday 13th March 2027
  • Over 55s Pairs: Sunday 14th March 2027
  • Under 18s Singles: Saturday 27th February 2027

All payments for entries must be received at least one week before each event and in all cases by 21 November 2026.
